In preparation of university for receiving Students in the first stage, The Computer Center under the Supervision of Dr. Sarmad Mohmoud Hadi the manger of the Center organized a workshop about updates to the unified students registration system. The workshop was presented by the systems division officer, Chief Senior programmer, Alaa Jassim Obaid, and she aimed to clarify the working mechanism of the adopted system in the University for authorized and displaying the amendments entered into the new System version
The workshop dealt with updates aimed at increasing the accuracy of data and improving reports, as well as enhancing the flexibility of the System in line with the work needs of the registration divisions
A detailed explanation was provided of the new amendment that contribute to facilitating the students registration Process and streamlining the associated administrative procedures.
At the end of the workshop, the discussion was opened to listen the workers’ notices on the System and the problems they may face, It was emphasized that work to address these problems in the upcoming versions of the system to ensure a Smoother and more accurate experience in the future.

The role of this system had been featured on improving cooperation between university libraries and sharing information among them ,which contributes in improving the quality of the office services which was provided inside the university . Participants at the workshop expressed great benefit of provided information, they emphasize of this step represents a qualitative shift in the development of university library infrastructure in line with modern technological development
